Out With the Old and in With the New - Vision Boards

Updated: Jan 6, 2021

There is an old Irish New Year’s tradition that involves people opening the back doors of their homes just before midnight to “let the Old year out” and opening their front doors to “let the New Year in." While opening the front door at midnight, they also greet their neighbors and wish them a Happy New Year!

Considering 2020 was a global pandemic, I think opening every sliding glass door and all available windows is quite an appropriate measure.

I came across one of my original "oldie but goodie" Youtube videos on the topic of vision boarding that I wanted to share. The quality is old, but the content remains relevant. Disregard the grainy camera (this was filmed on the original iphone)!

Below is an example of my daughter's vision board from NYE which we created accompanied by the new release "Wilde Mountain Thyme." As any good mother would do, I forced my child to vision board as part of our family tradition - like it or not!

Whether on actual New Years Eve or within the month of January (no judgment here), I highly recommend creating a vision board. Not only does it serve as a visual reminder to stay on track, but it also aids in achieving your goals.

Wishing you all a safe and happy 2021.

Sláinte!
